Ethical treatment of all animals and ethical conduct from the exhibitor is expected.
Each exhibitor must show his/her own animal. Any exception must be approved prior to the show by the show management.
No dogs allowed!
All animals must be stalled in the assigned areas determined by management. Space is limited so it is suggested that you plan to bring a panel or divider for your pens IF it becomes necessary to share space.
Note: members will show together, we will NOT be separating them based on club or chapter/ county.
Bedding:
There will NOT be any bedding provided!
No straw allowed.
If YOU choose to use bedding for your animal(s) know that YOU WILL BE ASKED to clean it before you leave. So be prepared to do so with the necessary equipment YOU need to clean up after your animal(s).
*A suggestion for all (exception Hogs) a piece of astro-turf works well in place of shavings as it is a short event and if your cleaned & fitted animal chooses to lay down they are still clean. This is also much easier for your clean up at the end of the day.
Uniforms:
As with any show, uniforms are not required; however, show attire is required for the day. Please be dressed in show appropriate clothing and footwear, no 4H uniforms Please.
Health Check:
Any animal exhibiting signs of infectious disease or any unsightly conditions will not be permitted to show and will be asked to leave. Sheep and meat goats exhibiting any active Lamb Fungus or contagious disease will not be allowed to compete and will be asked to leave. ALL animals will be checked at the scale during the Official Weigh-in.
The weigh-master/management staff decision is final.

Sheep and meat goats are required to have a certified Scrapie tag in the ear.

No snares or snare-like devices will be allowed. No intact males allowed. Come prepared with hog boards.
